Prospective students

We are always looking for strong Ph.D. students with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science and an interest in one or more of our research thrusts. Experience in digital or analog design, test, machine learning, or security is a plus.

Please email Prof. Makris at ymakris@ucsd.edu with your CV, transcripts, and a short note on which TRELA projects interest you, and apply to the UC San Diego graduate program.

Undergraduate and M.S. students

UC San Diego students who would like to get involved in research can contact us with their CV and the courses they have taken. Many of our undergraduate researchers have co-authored papers and gone on to graduate school.
